Refunds & Warranty Exchanges
REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
POSTAGE for returning any item, whether for warranty exchange or a refund, is the responsibility of the customer. Diamond Oral Care will cover the cost to ship replacement product to the customer.
WHITENING DEVICES may be returned for a refund no later than 30 days from the date of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. LumaSonic™ devices are eligible for a warranty replacement up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
ELECTRONIC TOOTHBRUSHES maintain a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defect valid from the date of shipping to the customer. This policy only applies to electronic toothbrushes that have been purchased directly from www.diamondoralcare.com. Electronic Toothbrushes purchased from another retailer are subject to the original seller's purchase and return/exchange policies.

TO PROCESS A RETURN: Please submit a return request to Diamond Oral Care HERE. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you with the return address and any applicable instructions.
REFUNDS Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund or warranty exchange is processed, whichever is applicable. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for returns and warranty exchanges to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let us know.
